Funded by SARA, RMS services are provided to artists at no charge.

Why? The music industry runs on fumes. It manipulates hopes and dreams, exchanging life for profit.

Uncritically participating in an insulting and injurious system is unacceptable but a small, independent studio like RMS cannot dismantle and restructure the entire music industry and prevent its abuses.

The solution, in our opinion, is to build alternative, independent structures. Along with the other projects undertaken by SARA and ESD.WORLD, RMS does its best to lighten the load of independent artists and produce culture from below.

Through the support of organizations like SARA, we can minimize on the one hand, our dependence on predators and thieves, and maximize our mutual autonomy on the other.
